Membership by invitation
YYC Next is a private network operated through curated invitations and referrals. Submitting a request does not guarantee membership. We reserve the right to accept or decline any request at our sole discretion, and to maintain the quality and trust of the network.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You may not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the YYC Next name, branding, text, and design, are owned by or licensed to YYC Next and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our prior written permission.
Confidentiality
The network operates on a foundation of high trust. Information, discussions, and relationships shared within YYC Next are intended to remain confidential among members and should be treated accordingly.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YYC Next is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
